The 4000-1 is MTM’s single station deflash unit.  Using our proprietary system for bottle indexing and shear punching the 4000 is accurate, reliable and priced right.

Container-specific tooling closes on the container, holding it in position. The punch tooling is tapered to shear the flash from the container. Our unique shear-punch system requires less power, produces less vibration and provides a superior finished product. After deflashing, the bottle is released onto the exit conveyor in an oriented position.  The 4000-1 is a fully enclosed machine with safety-interlocked doors.
